pause, reset, and build sustainable self-care practices that directly support workplace well-being.
Blending gentle yoga, mindful art, and guided reflection, this experiential workshop addresses the
mental, emotional, and physical aspects of stress. Participants are guided through practical techniques
that reduce tension and nurture emotional balance, while fostering long-term resilience.
As part of corporate wellness initiatives, The Rebalance Workshop supports the Social pillar of ESG by promoting mental health and sustainable workforce performance.
